iNanotube is an app for the iPhone and iPad that renders a carbon nanotube (an atomic scale wire) graphically. The app takes advantage of advanced 3d rendering hardware on these devices for a smooth, seamless graphical representation of the atomic structure of this advanced nanotechnology. The user can manipulate and even construct these tiny wires using the touch screen interface.
