MAD MEN Posters by Stanley Chow and Christina Perry
This seems to be a great way to launch your career as an illustrator and poster artist. Giving yourself assignments is one of the best ways of building up a portfolio. I just can't get enough of these self-published posters for current TV shows or classic films. See the original posters for Season 4 and the current Mad Men Season 5 posters. And then see the mashup posters from the New York Subway created by graffiti artists cutting and pasting other posters onto the Mad Men promo.
