"During the second week of February, the coloring book was found. It had an orange substanced blotted on a page and it looked very similar to watercolor paint, but isn’t.
The authorities took possession of the coloring book and sent it to Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office Laboratory for testing. The test came back positive for the drug Suboxone."
